Charitable Giving

At Winner’s Award Group, we want to be a part of your fundraising efforts. For over 28 years, our own family foundation, The Chiera Family Foundation, has now raised over 4.3 million dollars to help kids who are battling cancer attend a very special sleep away camp and even college. What started as a tribute to our father, Nicholas Chiera, has now turned into one of the largest fundraisers helping kids and young adults who are fighting this horrible disease.  In addition to sending these warriors to have fun at NICK’s CAMP, ( N.I.C.K.’s stands for Nothing is Impossible for Cancer Kids), we also help young adults who have beaten cancer attend college through N.I.C.K.’s Scholarships.

In addition to sending kids to camp and college, we also run N.I.C.K.’s Golf and N.I.C.K.’s Ice Skating programs that take kids currently undergoing cancer treatments and we teach them how to golf and ice skate through The First Tee of Broward and through a grant from the Florida Panthers Foundation. We now have kids who we have sent to camp at a young age, then to college and even medical and grad school who are now social workers and oncologist and doctors who are helping kids with the same cancer they once battled.

Being heavily involved with our own charity and Foundation has also taught us how to be good corporate citizens. When we take orders from any not-for-profit organization, we also make a donation of up to 10% of the total purchase to that organization which helps them with their fundraising efforts. We believe that if you are taking an order form a charitable organization, you should be partnered with that organization and also help them with their mission.

Today, Winner’s Award Group is helping everyone from El’s For Autism, The American Cancer Society, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, The Big Red Foundation, The NFL Alumni, Boca Community Hospital,  Children’s Healthcare Charities, and many more.
